I arrived with a valid booking on June 14th at around 9 PM, but the night receptionist wouldn't let me in. He behaved aggressively and nearly hit me. I felt very unsafe and had to leave without checking in. That kind of behavior is unacceptable and damages the hotel's reputation. Please take action.
Asherij Hotel was in a convenient spot for visiting nearby attractions, and the restaurant served delicious food. My room was spacious and clean. The staff were attentive and friendly, and made me feel welcome from the beginning. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend the hotel. I hope to return!
Simple, nice hotel, and the room service was great.
For an airport layover, I paid 150QR for a short stay from 1am to 8am. The room had no fridge, the seats weren't clean, and the TV channels were unclear. There was a very cheap 3-in-1 coffee and water heater from an unknown brand. It's an ordinary one-star hotel. Maybe 75QR would be a fair price for the room.
The food was tasty, with a good range of options, and service was quick and high quality. From arrival on, the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was tidy and very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the atmosphere felt peaceful and relaxing. The location was very convenient too. I felt welcomed and well looked after throughout my stay. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely return. 🙏🏼❤️ Thankyou Asherij Hotel
