Sedra Arjaan By Rotana

Jiyo helped carry our luggage from the room to the lobby, and he was polite, professional, and very helpful. He made checkout easy and stress-free. We had a wonderful staycation at Sedra Rotana Pearl Hotel. The room was comfortable, the atmosphere relaxing, and everything went well from beginning to end. Thanks to the whole team. I'd happily recommend the hotel and return.

Venus at reception was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The hotel view was so beautiful and made the stay feel special. I had an amazing time at Serra Ariana by Rotana, with outstanding service. I'd recommend it and will definitely come back.

We've spent January and February in Doha for the past few years, usually in Porto Arabia, but this year we chose the Arjaan. Our apartment was spacious, with two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and worked well when we had visitors. I only wish we'd booked a marina view. We had housekeeping every Friday, and Venus and her team did a spectacular, very efficient job keeping the place spotless. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Hamilton's restaurant was a nice bonus, and the food was really good. We loved our stay and are sad to leave, but it's time to go home. See you next time.

The location is one of the hotel's best features. It's in the middle of a man-made island, close enough to walk to restaurants, cafes, the marina, a supermarket, pharmacies, a hospital, and more. The staff and management were pleasant, nice, and helpful. The flat was spacious and clean, and the secure car park had plenty of room for cars of any size. A few things were annoying. Discovery site says breakfast is included in the price, but the hotel doesn't include it. There's no room service, and the flat doesn't have an espresso machine. The only restaurant is actually a bar, which isn't suitable for Muslims. The furniture is due for replacement. Every outlet was in use, leaving nowhere to plug in the kettle, toaster, or personal devices like phones and tablets. The light in the master bathroom was dim.
