The location is excellent if you want to be in central Doha, and I liked the Members Club view, the comfortable bed, and the polite staff. Reception, gym, sauna, and steam room teams were especially professional. Breakfast was good, though the selection felt limited compared with similar Doha hotels at this price. I stayed at The Ned Doha for 8 days, and it was a mixed experience. Cleanliness was a serious letdown for a hotel in this category. I was served dirty cups and plates several times, and once had to send the same cup back three times in a row. I also found a curly hair in my salad, and even fresh tissues were dirty. It raised major concerns about hygiene. Restaurant orders were wrong frequently, almost every day. Most staff were polite, but service wasn’t consistent. The location and some facilities are strong, but the cleanliness and execution need major improvement. I’d recommend another hotel unless central Doha is your main priority. Until those standards improve, it’s a hard pass.

At the Electric Diner Restaurant, Hamza’s care really stood out. When I said my burger had no cheese, he took it seriously and checked with the head chef himself to make sure it was fixed to our satisfaction. He was kind, helpful, and attentive throughout, checking on us regularly. The manager seemed less observant, but Hamza’s genuine hospitality made the visit memorable.

The pool was just the right temperature, and the food there was fresh and delicious. We also enjoyed breakfast, coffees, and lunch. After an unfortunate issue with our connecting flight, Dilshan welcomed us warmly and helped get our stay off to a great start. The Ned Doha was a wonderful experience, with attentive detail and lovely staff. We can’t wait to return.

The Ned Doha is beautifully designed, with thoughtful details throughout. It feels elegant but relaxed, and we were comfortable during our stay. The first breakfast came with a lovely surprise, a cake and a non-alcoholic welcome cocktail, which made the visit feel personal and memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and attentive. It was a wonderful stay, and I’d gladly recommend the hotel for its comfort and service. I’d stay again.

Kadek and the reception team welcomed us warmly and made us feel valued right from arrival. At Millie’s Lounge, Keshman and the rest of the team gave such attentive service that we looked forward to breakfast every day. The Ned Doha itself is full of character, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained. Our spacious, comfortable room felt luxurious, and the facilities balanced relaxation with sophistication. Everything felt seamless. We had an incredible stay and can’t recommend it highly enough. Already looking forward to returning.
