I had a really good stay. The place was clean and comfortable, and the location was nice. The staff were great, and Jiyo, Deeksh, Arlsan and Esaam were always ready to help. I can easily recommend it. 😉

We lived at Tower 27 for just over two years and were very happy there. The apartment was nicely furnished and the kitchen was well stocked. Rent was affordable, and the building was well maintained, close to nice coffee shops, restaurants, and a nearby Monoprix market for groceries. The office management were professional, courteous, and helpful, and the security staff were too. Maintenance issues were always sorted out in a timely way, and the maintenance team did a very good job.

The team was very good, and I had zero issues while staying in this tower. Check-in and checkout were easy, and customer service was excellent. My one-bedroom apartment was large and fully equipped. The decor may not be as trendy as in some other towers, but for me there's more to a place than that.

We had a terrible experience over all eight days. The studio listing on Booking showed four photos, including a lovely terrace with a sea view, the only terrace photo for that room. But our first-floor terrace looked out onto the roof of a medium-sized shed, with no sea or decent view. Reception told me none of the studios had sea views, so I felt misled. They were so angry that they upgraded me to a one-bedroom apartment, but that still had no sea view and faced a multi-level garage. I booked through Booking genius with a 10% discount, but the discount disappeared between looking at the room and clicking to book. I'm dealing with booking.com about that. The male receptionist was extremely rude at check-in. After asking me to pay, he took my credit card and barked, “YOU ALSO NEED TO GIVE 500 FOR THE DEPOSIT,” then waved the card in front of my face and asked, “DO YOU HAVE ENOUGH.” I tried not to react because my wife was embarrassed beside me. That receptionist never said hello or goodbye when we passed through reception during our stay, and neither did the other guests. The female receptionist wasn't much better. I asked politely if there was another way to get internet in the room because the Wi-Fi security was very weak and I couldn't use it for work. She just said “NO,” with no options or apology. The cooker didn't work. We called for help before lunchtime every day, and they came about 1.5 hours later. This happened every single day. At checkout, I asked for the General Manager's email so I could explain my experience, but they refused and gave me a generic hotel address instead. I emailed it asking to speak with the GM, and nobody ever replied.
