A big thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping my room fresh, clean, and comfortable throughout my stay. Everything was neatly arranged, and the care they put into the details really showed. They kept the minibar stocked with tea, coffee, water, and milk without me having to ask, which made things much easier. The staff were polite, respectful, and professional, always working with a smile. It was clear they cared about guests feeling at ease. Special thanks to Makud, Arafat, and Rua. Your hard work and kindness made my stay better, and I appreciate it so much 🤍 Makud & Arafat, thank you. Rua, thank you so much.

The staff made the biggest impression on me. They were thoughtful, kind, and always ready to lend a hand, and that warm welcome makes you want to return. The hotel itself felt cozy and comfortable, with everything well looked after. I really enjoyed staying here. Thanks for such a great experience 🫱🏼🫲🏽

Our flight was canceled, so we had to stay unexpectedly. It was a stressful situation, with our baggage, clothes, and medicines still at the airport. Ms. Alisha at reception was incredibly compassionate and supportive. She helped us arrange medicine, advised us on getting the essentials, and even paid for the medicine herself. Thank you, Ms. Alisha, for your kindness and outstanding service. The hotel has caring, professional staff, and I highly recommend it.

I was staying in a suite, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What made the experience memorable, though, was the hospitality. The staff were polite, attentive, and always willing to help. Harsh took especially good care of me, and I’m very grateful. He was professional and genuinely kind.
