Palm Inn Hotel Doha

Qatar Airways arranged this hotel for my stay in Doha, and the whole team made me feel at home. Rosaline, Charles, and Ibrahim were especially friendly and helpful, and the drivers they arranged were professional and welcoming too. The atmosphere was warm, the room comfortable, and the food delicious with a wide selection. Rosaline deserves a special mention for being so attentive and professional, and for going out of her way to make everything right. A wonderful stay with lovely people.

The restaurants nearby were all Asian, which wasn't ideal for me personally, but delivery apps solved that and it didn't spoil my trip. The bus and Metrolink stops were only a five minute walk away, as were two major supermarkets. I stayed for two weeks, and when I booked, I wasn't expecting much from a three star hotel. The staff, from reception and security to housekeeping, were incredibly cooperative, and their smiles were contagious. The way they treated me felt like a five star hotel. Next time I'm in Doha, I'll choose this place again without hesitation.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the room service meals were delicious and affordable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. To me, it feels like a four star hotel, not three. Highly recommended.

The staff were good, and I paid $30 for the night, which seemed like a good deal. I had 24 hours in Qatar and booked one night. The location was decent, though not near the centre. The room wasn't clean and had quite a few issues. The building needs more maintenance and the rooms need a better clean. Someone working outside my window started cleaning or fixing something and bothered me. You can see it in the video.
