Qairawan Suites Hotel Apartments

We spent 30 hours without air conditioning and 20 hours without a fan. The AC wasn’t working when we checked in, and after we complained, even its fan stopped. The WiFi device in the room didn’t work, the bed was full of bugs, the washing machine didn’t work, and fungus was still there after the room was cleaned. There was a dish TV, but the payment for its card was overdue, so management told us to watch its promotion instead. Management never cooperated or resolved the problems. My daughter was bitten by bed bugs all over, especially on her arms and legs, and management didn’t help. We’d paid the apartment rent in advance, but they wouldn’t return it so we could find somewhere else. This isn’t suitable for executives, especially families. Not recommended at all.
