Oyyo Plaza Hotel

The floors smelled bad, the management seemed very weak, and the location was the worst part for me. The rooms were pathetic, and the price was high for what you get. No swimming pool, yet the rates are like Sheraton. There was only one bellboy for the whole hotel. When I checked in, the man acted smart and cool but couldn't communicate well enough, just stated the rate without even greeting me. It felt like I was entering a lodging house. Even the tea kettle was broken. Money wasted. I won't visit again and can't recommend it.

Really clean, with very good service, and the price is good compared with other hotels.

I left feeling the stay was below expectations. The reception area was extremely crowded and didn't seem suitable for families. My room smelled unpleasant, and the shampoo and shower gel were poor quality.

I paid 1,600 SAR for two rooms, but the staff wouldn't listen or try to sort things out. They said the booking was only valid for 12 hours, a condition nobody had explained to me. I had booked for December 24, yet the contract they gave me showed December 23. I asked about the date and was told I could arrive at noon on the 24th. I was driving six hours from Saudi Arabia and had no other option, so the front desk employee reassured me I could check in at 12 PM and leave at noon the next day. But when I arrived at exactly 12 PM, another employee said my booking had expired and that reservations only cover 12 hours, not a full day. It felt unfair and very unprofessional. I don't recommend this place.
