The staff were accommodating from the front desk to the cleaners, valet, and security, and their service was impeccable. Unfortunately, our unit gave us a very different experience. We booked two days with family but checked out before finishing the second. At first glance it looked cleaner than places I’ve stayed that were rated four or five stars. Then I saw the bathtub, which was so dirty I didn’t want to use it. The shower took about five minutes to get hot, and its head wasn’t fixed properly, so water went all over the bathroom. There were no floor mats to prevent slips, and the faucet screw was loose. The bed in room 108 was very high, apparently suited to someone six feet tall, and a disabled member of our group ended up staying on the floor. There were also bed bugs, I think. The Filipina at the front desk may remember that we asked twice for a blanket just to lay on top.

The room was roomy enough and decent for the price, and the location in Doha worked really well for us. A big thanks to Careen and Cath at reception. They were professional and brought a really positive attitude to their work. Thanks to the housekeeping team as well.

Everything in the hotel was clean and comfortable, and I’ve really enjoyed my stay. The staff are professional, kind, and always willing to help. Jehad from housekeeping deserves a special mention. He’s hardworking, polite, and doing a great job.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the area around ivory Inn Doha was quiet, peaceful, and convenient. The service was good too. RHIDOY stood out for his friendly customer service. He was attentive and got my request sorted after just one call.
