Even with the current situation and uncertainty around travel, the hotel handled everything really well and kept our stay comfortable and relaxing. The service was excellent, and the staff were so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing: a huge buffet with plenty of choice, fresh food, and dishes constantly replenished. There was something for everyone. Nisar and Hussain were lovely, and I especially want to thank Thusitha. He always brought my order exactly right, quickly, and with a smile. His kindness and professionalism made the experience better. I'd gladly stay again and recommend the hotel.

Dinner at Coral Restaurant was outstanding. The open buffet had a wide variety, and everything we tried tasted great. The desserts were just as good, and the spa and location were excellent too. Adil, Hussain, Masum, Choki, and Jane made us feel welcome. They checked in on us and took great care of us all evening. A real five-star dining experience. Highly recommended.

The staff made breakfast even better with their kindness and quick service. Thanks to Nisar, Imran, and Khint for their warm hospitality and professional attitude. The food was fresh, delicious, and served just right. A great breakfast experience, and I'd happily come again.

Brian, the lifeguard, was a standout. He was caring, attentive, and reassuring with our son, which let us relax by the pool. His thoughtful sunglasses cleaning service was a lovely touch and showed real attention to detail. We had a memorable family stay at the InterContinental Doha. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, and everything felt seamless from arrival. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The service made a real difference, and we'd highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

The service here is spot on, and the hotel feels seriously luxurious. I expected warm Qatari hospitality after coming from England, but the staff still managed to exceed what I had in mind. Ashiful was especially kind and helpful to me and my brother-in-law whenever we needed him. He represents the hotel’s values so well that I think he deserves a promotion. Riaz was just as kind and helpful. I also got to try stand-up paddling through a complimentary hotel experience. It’s harder than it looks, but Shaeb, the lifeguard, showed me how to do it. He was great, and I learned kayaking too. I’d recommend both to visitors, and I’ll definitely come back. Hopefully Ashiful will be there.
