The people here have made my stay more enjoyable. Faran has been especially professional, friendly, and helpful, always making sure things go smoothly and guests feel comfortable. Nina and Roshen have also been kind, attentive, and ready to help. I'm still staying at Ibis Doha for about two more weeks. So far, the clean rooms, comfortable setting, welcoming atmosphere, and great service have made it a pleasant place to stay. The hotel is well maintained, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Doha.

Clean rooms and supportive staff have made my stay pleasant so far. I'm satisfied overall, and the staff have been professional and good to deal with. Suraj from housekeeping deserves a special mention for his helpful attitude, professionalism, and service. I hope ibis management values and looks after employees like him. The main issue has been reaching reception or housekeeping by room phone. Calls sometimes go unanswered, follow-ups take longer than expected, and a few requests have been ignored completely. Better response and communication through the in-room phone would improve the guest experience.

The design is lovely, with a modern look that still feels comfortable, and my room was well kept, with thoughtful details that made it feel special. Lok at the concierge made our stay especially memorable with his kind, attentive, thoughtful service. We found the rooms at Ibis hotel doha modern, comfortable, beautifully designed, spotless, and well maintained, and the location was perfect. The whole team made us feel genuinely cared for and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. It was an exceptional stay.
