At night, a technical problem set off the fire alarm on and off for two hours, from 3:00am to 5:00am. The staff were extremely unprofessional too. The receptionist was joking with colleagues while we were at the desk and was disrespectful. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. There are plenty of other hotels in Doha, so avoid this one at all costs.

The gym and pool are great, but the pool water wasn't clean. I found hair in it, and it was only about 1 metre deep. The jacuzzi was dirty and didn't work. There were cigarette butts on the floor and dirty socks too. I wish I could upload the video. The furniture in the room was broken, and I was shocked by the comments here. At the buffet breakfast, even the bread wasn't fresh. The orange juice was something I'd never tried before, and it was just water. Service was very good, but when I asked three times for a notepad, nobody brought one. The room had no service menu, notepad, TV channel list, or even instructions for calling reception. We had to ask for towels and wait a long time. Please check hotels carefully before booking.
