Liberty Suites Doha

After surgery, I stayed at the resistance place and was grateful for the facilities and care. The place was impressively clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Everything suited my needs, and I’m especially thankful to Khadija and the whole team for their attention and exceptional care.

I've been in room 108 for almost a month, and the service has been PATHETIC. I wish I could rate it zero. The internet has been a problem since day one. After 27 days, it's still not fixed. They put a WiFi extender in the room, but it hasn't helped. There's no dedicated connection in the room as promised when booking, just shared WiFi for the common areas, and no internet in the bedroom. There are too many cockroaches in the kitchen. The washroom door has no lock, and the flush doesn't work. Room cleaning happens only once a week, and it's just basic cleaning. The TV is outdated and can't run YouTube or other OTT Apps. You'd need a fire TV stick, but with the internet problems, that would be of no use either. The rooms are large, and the property is near Lulu and the metro station. That's the only advantage I found. I wouldn't recommend staying here. La Villa Suits or La Villa Appartment would be much better choices: they provide dedicated in-room internet and Smart TV for YouTube and other OTT Apps, have helpful staff, no cockroaches in the kitchen, and amazing service. They clean the rooms every alternate days, change pillow covers and bedsheets every alternate days, and provide water, tea, sugar and coffee every alternate days.

The staff at liberty suites in Doha made sure I was comfortable from the moment I arrived. Their care and attention to detail made the stay memorable, and the service was exceptional. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this residence to anyone visiting Doha. Thanks to the team for making my stay so enjoyable.

Really amazing inside the room, very clean and fresh. Every staff member was attentive and careful in their work. Great.
