Everything else about the hotel was perfect, but the room internet needs work. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, yet the speed was so bad that downloading a 1.5 GB file took almost seven hours. There also weren't enough outlets, especially by the desk. The only two there were already being used by the Ethernet switch and router.

Soumodip made a real difference during my stay at Ramada Hotel. He was friendly and professional, handled requests promptly and with care, and went out of his way to help. The staff in general were courteous, attentive, and ready to assist with a smile. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the pool and fitness center were also kept up well. I enjoyed the food, with a good range at both the restaurant and breakfast buffet. It was a comfortable, hassle-free stay, and I’d recommend the hotel. Thanks to Soumodip and the team for their hospitality.

I’ve been staying at Ramada by Wyndham Doha Old Town in Doha Qatar for the past six months. The facilities have met my expectations, and my room has consistently been comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Ms. Mira and Mr. Soumodip have been courteous and attentive every time, and they’re always willing to go the extra mile. Their professionalism and friendly approach reflect well on the hotel. Soumodip’s service is what made the stay memorable for me. He greeted me warmly at check-in, paid attention to details, and was proactive about making sure I had what I needed. His helpful recommendations and quick handling of requests were much appreciated. The hotel itself has spacious, nicely designed rooms with the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. It’s also conveniently placed for local attractions, restaurants, and transport. I had a very comfortable and convenient stay at Ramada by Wyndham Doha Old Town, and I’d gladly return.
