Pullman Doha West Bay

Breakfasts were excellent, and the Chef and staff were happy to adapt meals to my needs. I also made good use of the heated pool. During my month at Pullman Doha West Bay, the room was always spotless, thanks to Mr. Anas and Mr. Deshan for their careful work. The laundry service was quick and reliable, which I appreciated on a longer stay. It was a great experience from the first day.

The buffet has been amazing every day, with food that works well for people from cultures around the globe. Even with the sudden surge in occupants, the team has kept cleanliness at a very high level. I’ve been here for the past 4 days during the airspace closure, and the staff keep going the extra mile to make guests comfortable in these extraordinary circumstances. Kudos to everyone working round the clock to care for stranded passengers.

Our children slept well, enjoyed the food, and were happy throughout the stay. The buffet was fresh, refined, and excellent quality, and the spa, hammam, gym, and pool were all outstanding and very well maintained. The location made getting around easy, close to the metro, DECC, and major malls. Bikram deserves special thanks for his professional help with our luggage. From arrival to departure, we had warm hospitality, attentive service, and genuine smiles. A wonderful family stay, combining comfort, luxury, and human warmth. Highly recommended.

We had a memorable, relaxing family stay in a 70 sqm suite for three nights. The rooms and public areas were spotless, and cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional. The staff were welcoming, professional, and supportive. Special thanks to Mr. Bikram for his hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care. The hotel was comfortable, well organized, and high quality, with excellent service. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. I highly recommend Pullman Doha West Bay and will choose it again on future visits to Doha.
