Premium Strato Hotel

There are several supermarkets within walking distance, a restaurant right at Strato Hotel by Warwick, and plenty of free parking. The staff were friendly and competent, too. Our room's electric kettle was faulty, but they replaced it right away, which we appreciated. The bathroom had a bathtub for showering but no curtain, so the floor got completely wet. It seems like a small but important detail to miss. I liked that the rooms had no carpet, which felt cleaner and more hygienic than in similar-category hotels. It's a simple hotel.

My business stay in October started with a few room problems, and I honestly thought I wouldn't come back. Then I spoke with Sahry Ahmed. He dealt with my concerns straight away and did more than I expected, with real professionalism and care. He's a gem and a real asset to the hotel. The reception and cleaning teams were helpful too, and made the rest of the visit smooth and comfortable. Thanks again, Sahry Ahmed. Highly recommended!

Check-in took just five minutes, and the location felt very safe with easy access to the metro and Souk Waqif. Room cleaning was done within 10 to 15 minutes, without any hesitation, even after my friends had made a mess and left. Really good job. The hotel also has a sheesha cafe. There was loud club noise at night until 2-3:00 a.m., and some of the furniture was a little old. Everything else was really fine. I'd recommend it, but please upgrade the amenities.

The location made it easy to get to many local attractions, and the dining choices were varied and good quality. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. Our accommodation was clean and comfortable, with a pleasant, restful feel. A very recommendable place for an enjoyable stay.
