Alex greeted me warmly and made sure I was comfortable during my two-night stay. Ben, Gagan, and Olly at reception handled check-in and checkout smoothly, and Jaiideeep, the operator, was quick to help whenever I needed something. The service was excellent, and the staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to assist. It was a comfortable, enjoyable visit. I appreciate the hospitality and hope to return.

I made good use of the health club facilities while I was here, and they're very well equipped. The pool is a lovely place to spend an afternoon, and the deep tissue massages at the Spa are worth every Riyal. Cafe Parisienne is a great breakfast spot, and the food and service at The Curry House were excellent. You're just a stone's throw from everything in West Bay, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.

Rita has been looking after our room, and her attention to detail really shows. It's always spotless, neatly arranged, and well maintained. She's excellent, and that care makes a difference. Our room at the InterContinental was spacious and comfortable, with an amazing view. The whole team was welcoming, polite, and ready to help with a smile. A great experience, and thanks to Rita and everyone for the warm hospitality.

The view is magical, especially at night, and the hotel itself is fantastic. When the porter came to replace the minibar, he noticed the fridge wasn't working without me saying anything and called maintenance himself. They arrived in under 20 minutes, and Mohammed Shafi diagnosed the problem and got me a new fridge in less than 10. That was amazing service. Henry at reception was also very helpful in getting me oriented around the city. Definitely a worthwhile experience.

The spa was wonderfully relaxing. Saliho gave me a great massage and facial, and my skin was glowing afterward. We also tried Hookah in the lounge for the first time, which was fun, and the cocktails were delicious. The service around the food and drinks had so much attention to detail. The modern suites were super clean, with beautiful views across Doha, and everything was within walking distance. The staff were warm and friendly. Highly recommend!
