Fairmont Doha

The kids had a great time in both the indoor pool and the outdoor pool at Raffles, so the stay was still amazing. The spa facilities, including the jacuzzi and sauna, were under renovation. I’d probably have given four stars, but Mr. Ayman at reception was very accommodating, the breakfast buffet staff gave great service, and the pool amenities team was attentive, so I’m giving five. The rooms were great, with comfortable beds, a coffee machine, and amazing views. The toilet and bathtub controls were hard to use and didn’t work properly, and the water pressure was a bit weak. We called Royal Service / room service (dial “0”), and they picked up at first. After that they didn’t answer any more calls until the next morning, even though it’s supposed to be available 24 hours. We also requested room cleaning using the buttons and in person, but nobody came. I understand the Eid holidays brought many guests, but other 5-star hotels still managed better service during the same period. Honestly, I expected more from Fairmont Doha.

The restaurants were delicious, and after dinner in the Dome we ended the day with a drink. We had an amazing staycation at Fairmont Doha. Our upgraded room was stunning, really spacious, and had an amazing view over the whole city. The staff were super friendly and very helpful.

I have no complaints, just gratitude. As a single guest representing the Ministry of Affairs, I felt warmly welcomed from the moment I arrived at Fairmont Hotel Doha. Room 1704 was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally quiet, with a lovely ambiance and attention to detail. The greeting on arrival was amazing, and the staff made me feel valued throughout. The teams at all the outlets were great, especially Provoc Restaurant upstairs, where the view was absolutely beautiful and the experience outstanding. Thank you to Shuzi for her warm smile and kindness, and for always making sure everything was taken care of. I’d also like to thank concierge Amine, reception, and in-room dining team members Yousef and Lithan. Suite dining arrived quite late, but the team did their absolute best, and I appreciate their effort and professionalism. It was a very pleasant stay, and I’ll definitely return. Thank you to the entire FairmontDoha team for the excellent hospitality. Next time I’ll come with my family.

I had my anniversary at the hotel, and Room 908 was so nice and unbelievably beautiful. Thanks to the Guest Experience Team, and to Mr Alex and Shugi for the lovely complimentary gift. I’d definitely come back with my family next time.
