8/10
The breakfast was the weakest part of my stay. The room was packed, loud, and chaotic, with many families and children. It felt like mass processing instead of a relaxed meal. Some food had already run out, the quality seemed basic rather than homemade, and only two employees were trying to manage the whole area. They seemed overwhelmed, tables weren't cleared quickly, and staff were rushing around under pressure. I was also assigned a table in a very direct tone, with no choice of where to sit, which didn't feel welcoming. I'd skip breakfast if I stayed again, and I wouldn't recommend it to other guests. The hotel itself was good for its price range: clean, modern, functional, and clearly a basic Hampton by Hilton rather than a premium Hilton. The location was convenient, and the design worked well for this category. My room was spacious, had a nice view, and was clean, though the minimal interior felt a little cold. I'd have preferred something warmer. Reception staff were friendly and professional, and seemed to care. They welcomed me, and late checkout was no problem. Compliments to the reception team.

The Hampton's staff were amazing, every one of them, and the location was first rate, convenient for getting to all the main attractions by transport. Breakfast was outstanding value since it was included in the rate. The room was great apart from a fridge that didn't work and a shower with no pressure. There was also no hot water on the day we arrived.

10/10
The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the facilities were organized. The whole place had a high standard of hospitality. Staff were courteous, attentive, and ready to help, and check-in and check-out both went smoothly and professionally. I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it. It really felt like a five-star experience.

The hotel sits about the same distance from two metro stations, each around a 5-10 minute walk. I was very pleased with my stay and would come again. Staff were great, always smiling and happy to help. The rooms are a good size, with a comfortable bed and linen, though the pillows are a little thin. The aircon gets excellent and very cold. The bathroom is spacious, but there was no hot water, and the pressure was a bit weak. Hallways are scented with sprays, which was a nice touch. Breakfast is popular, with plenty of tables and a good choice of hot and cold food, plus the well-liked pancake station.

The staff were amazing and quick whenever we asked for something, and reception was especially welcoming and friendly. I stayed for three days, and it was one of the most peaceful and beautiful places I've visited in Doha. I think it deserves five stars. We'll definitely come back.
