Julian is the reason I’m giving this hotel five stars. He sorted out our booking, went the extra mile to make us comfortable, and was one of the best hotel staff members I’ve dealt with. Without him, the hotel would be in trouble. We stayed in a spacious, comfortable two-bedroom apartment with all the amenities we needed. The location was fantastic for seeing Doha, though the apartment felt a bit overpriced. We booked at the last minute during the winter high season, which may explain the cost. Some cupboard handles came off, and the apartment rooms were a little dated. The shower fittings looked like quick fixes rather than original, lasting installations. Both showers flooded the bathrooms because they couldn’t be moved up or down, and trying to adjust them loosened the wall fitting. This needs attention, especially with such good water pressure. We also stayed in a room in the main building. It was cramped, especially the bathroom. I’m average sized, but bruised my thigh on the towel rail by the sink while moving around. For safety, it should be moved elsewhere. Anyone larger should make sure to book an upgraded room with more space. The staff were friendly overall, though some receptionists seemed inexperienced and at times reluctant to help. Julian came to the rescue. The concierge arranged our airport transfer, and the man who carried our bags was very helpful.

We stayed here in October 2025, and the six-person suite was spotless. The cleaners did a thorough job on the whole suite in just 15 minutes, and the service and staff were excellent and helpful. The pool was gorgeous and clean, and the gym was convenient. The hotel is central, close to the tourist attractions and the airport, and the prices were very reasonable. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back soon.

The room was clean and fresh, with the basics covered: a refrigerator, TV, tea or coffee and water, plus washroom amenities. Smoking isn’t allowed in the room, but outside food is permitted. The hotel has a swimming pool, spa, and gym, though each costs extra. Breakfast is not included with every type of reservation, so check before booking. You can reserve online or on site. The metro pickup and drop-off bus stop is very nearby. It’s one of Doha’s top rated hotels, but prices go up for last-minute bookings during peak season, so book ahead.

The location is good and the rooms are acceptable, but the service made the stay extremely poor. Eric was the one exception, professional and helpful. Front desk staff were repeatedly rude and unprofessional, and breakfast was disorganized, with poor quality and bad-tasting food that wasn’t worth the price. Room service was practically absent. I reported a faulty safe, but it was never fixed during my three-day stay, and the Wi-Fi was very slow. The hotel didn’t offer acceptable value for money and fell short on basic service.

The service was good, and the location worked well. I stayed in a comfortable three-bedroom apartment, though it was older than the website photos suggested and still okay. Breakfast tasted good but stayed the same all week, so it got boring by the end. It was nice having a spa, sauna, steam room, and billiards room on site.
