Ramsi at reception was fantastic from the moment we arrived. The restaurant team, May, Abdur Rahman, and Kayleigh, were also amazing, with friendly, attentive service and such positive energy. My baby loved them, and they made every breakfast memorable. I stayed at Hilton Doha The Pearl with my husband and baby, and the service throughout was impeccable. The hotel is beautiful, with elegant rooms, lovely surroundings, and excellent facilities. Our experience exceeded expectations. Thanks to the whole team for a wonderful stay. We'll absolutely return and highly recommend it.

As long-stay guests at Hilton The Pearl in Qatar, we've felt safe, supported, and cared for through these challenging times. Everyone works hard to keep guests comfortable, from valet and bell staff to reception, guest relations, housekeeping, kitchen, and recreation. Even our interactions with management made us feel valued. The Kids Club has been a huge help while we're working, and our children love it. The staff there always make them feel welcome and loved. We'll miss the hotel when it's time to move, but the memories we've made with our children will stay with us. Thank you to the whole team for your dedication and care. The Kitchen restaurant team gave us an incredible buffet. There was a great variety, the food was fresh and delicious, and everything was presented beautifully. The atmosphere was inviting, and service was attentive and friendly. The team clearly works hard to keep standards high. The room was spotless, comfortable, and ready for me, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. Check-in was smooth, and the front office team made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. Special thanks to Thaw, Rahim, Elizabeth,Johna,Sabrin and Anel for their efficiency, professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. The room faced the Fairmont and had excellent views of the sea and Gewan Island. It was very quiet, with whisper-quiet aircon, and I could watch TV while soaking my feet in ice-cold water in a baby bath tub the hotel kindly provided. I needed lots of ice for that, and Eittan was very helpful, as were others whose names I can't remember but may try to add later because they deserve a mention. The kitchen amenities also meant we had chicken nuggets in the oven for the kids to snack on when they came back from the pool. We stayed for a week with my family and all enjoyed the pool, gym, sauna, and steam room. We arrived early and luckily got complimentary early check-in, which was a pleasant surprise. We had half board, including breakfast and dinner, and worried the meals might get boring, but the menu changed a little thoughtfully and the food was amazing. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and polite, and always tried to go above and beyond. The concierges, including Rahim and Meva, were great, as were the room service staff. My wife, kids, and the old man are happy and relaxed as the week ends. You won't go far wrong with The Pearl Hilton. There's also a free buggy service around the Pearl if you don't want to walk much.
