The staff seemed unconcerned, and the atmosphere felt unpleasant from the minute I arrived. The rooms were unhygienic, the hotel was shockingly dirty, and the facilities looked poorly maintained. Management came across as careless and unprofessional, with no one seeming responsible for cleanliness or guest comfort. One of the worst hotels I've experienced. I'd tell people to book somewhere else and spare themselves the frustration.

I won't be coming back, and I can't recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, or respectful treatment. The hotel had a bad smell, and the air conditioner wasn't working properly and blew hot air. Even the sheets smelled unpleasant. What upset me most was one staff member's treatment of my husband. He was stopped from entering and touched inappropriately. That was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

The lobby coffee shop deserves a mention for its outstanding service and excellent sandwiches. The room was clean and really nice, and the staff were very accommodating. Definitely a five star stay, and I'll be back.
