Our Iftar was well organized, with a warm and elegant atmosphere. Mr. Islam Mansi, the restaurant manager, was exceptionally professional and welcoming. He personally checked in with every guest to make sure we were enjoying the meal. The staff were attentive and professional all evening. Chef _Hekmat Barakat kept checking the buffet and plates to make sure everything was fresh and neatly arranged. The waitresses worked efficiently, clearing empty plates right away and keeping the tables clean and comfortable. We highly recommend their Iftar and will return.

The dinner buffet had lots of variety and the food was good quality. The gym is nice, with the essential machines, though it's not huge. The pool is also on the small side, but does the job, and the view and atmosphere on the 15th floor are lovely. Our room was a good size, with two bathrooms, a large bathtub, a separate shower, and a comfortable, spacious bed. The staff were courteous, and check-in was quick and easy. We were very happy with the room and would definitely stay here again.

The staff were really nice and professional. I went with friends for Ramadan iftar. We liked the wide choice of cuisines, and the food was good. But soft drinks weren't included, and three cans of Pepsi cost us an extra 60 riyals, which is pretty crazy. The desserts weren't good at all. They tasted bland, artificial, oily, or like rose water, and none of us liked that.

The hotel was gorgeous, bright, open, and really clean, and the rooms were great. Everyone was helpful, especially the lovely woman who checked us in. The restaurant team were amazing too: oussama, asrin, babita, sohag, fayzan, anish and especially janella. Had a lovely experience, highly recommend.
