Ezdan Hotel

Ms. Sharmila Subedi looks after my room with real care. She greets me warmly, checks whether I need anything, and keeps the room in excellent shape. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to deep cleaning reflect the housekeeping standards guests should be able to expect. She’s a valuable part of the hotel. I’ve lived here for over a year. The location is magnificent, the services are commendable, the Wi-Fi is excellent, and cleanliness is consistently so good that the hotel can feel brand new. The property itself is impressive, though staff behavior isn’t consistent. Basic greetings are often missed, whether because of training or willingness, and requests are sometimes acknowledged without being carried out. That can be frustrating, and at times the service falls short of what I’d expect from a hotel of this caliber.

After two years here, I’ve had a good long-term stay. West Bay’s location works well, the pricing and service are good, and having shops and facilities nearby is convenient. The staff are friendly and supportive. Marijoy, Kareem, and Nihal at reception have been among the best, and the concierge and security teams are helpful too.

Rachel made us want to come back. She was welcoming from the start, attentive, helpful, and flexible with our requests, which made the trip much easier. Even while working alone early in the morning during the busy Eid season, with a long line of clients checking in, she kept the quality of her hospitality above expectations despite the pressure. That kind of genuine care is rare. Thank you, Rachel.

Ms. Rose deserves special thanks for how professionally and willingly she helps residents. She’s approachable, responsive, and ready to deal with concerns or requests, and she makes people feel looked after. I’ve had a very pleasant experience living at Ezdan Tower 3. The location in central Doha makes it easy to reach shopping centers, restaurants, business districts, and other essential services. There’s a wide range of amenities, and the apartments are spacious, functional, and comfortable for everyday life, though the furnishings and interior design feel a little dated beside newer developments. With the location, good value, and staff service, I’d recommend it for comfortable living in the center of Doha.
