The Castle Premium Hotel

Mr. Taj from the Front Office was attentive, quick to help, and very professional and welcoming. His dedication to guest satisfaction made us feel valued and comfortable, and his service made the stay even more enjoyable. We had a pleasant, comfortable visit, with an impressive ambiance, cleanliness, and hospitality. The staff were courteous and supportive and made everything run smoothly. Thank you, Mr. Taj, for the excellent service.

Ishaque went out of his way to help with our luggage and made us feel so welcome. He was the highlight of a really wonderful stay, and his amazing service is why we’ll definitely come back. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect.

I’ve been staying here long term and it feels just like living at home, so I have no complaints. The rooms are clean, and the front desk is helpful whenever I need suitable information. I’m grateful for their service and would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The location made it easy to explore Doha, find food, and get transport, with Msheireb close by. As a solo male traveler, I was looking for somewhere safe, comfortable, and central, and The Castle Premium Hotel met all of that. My modern room was spotless and comfortable, with lovely natural light and a great distant view of the city skyline. After a long day walking around, the hotel’s sleek but welcoming atmosphere felt like a peaceful retreat. The hospitality stood out most. The whole team went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and the security guard at the front entrance was especially friendly and consistently helpful. I had a fantastic stay from start to finish and would highly recommend it. I’ll definitely be back!
