Simaisma, A Murwab Resort

We felt relaxed here from the moment we arrived. The resort was beautiful, elegant, clean, and well kept, and the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. It really felt like a luxurious getaway. A full five stars from me, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

The kids really enjoyed the infinity pool, and we had a great time there too. The lifeguards and hotel staff gave top notch service. Thanks, Ian and Saeed. We’re looking forward to coming back with the family.

The ambiance was good, but the iftar was bad. All the food was chilled and hard to eat, there were no refills, and staff weren’t available at the counters. The taste and service were both bad.

Breakfast was the highlight of our day, thanks to the kitchen staff, and the service was excellent. The staff were polite, especially ikram and abdelmohsan. But Villa number 03 had problems with the rooms, bathrooms, and basic amenities. There was no silverware or cutlery, which was inconvenient for a big family like ours. We kept having to ask for essentials like toothpaste, toothbrushes, towels, water, and hairdryers. That lack of attention to detail and poor service overshadowed the positives. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless they make major improvements.
