There were squashed dead bugs on every wall in the room we booked. The room was very dirty, and there were no mosquito nets on the windows or balcony door, so we couldn't open them to air it out. The sheets and towels were dirty, and the towels were torn too. When I asked if the sheets could be changed, the host nearly yelled at me, said the stains weren't dirt and that the laundry had sent them that way. After that, whenever he saw me, he scolded me for upsetting him and disrespecting him by asking for clean sheets. He also insisted the towels were perfectly clean. The sitting area smelled terribly of sweat.

The price is far too high for what you get. The room was worn, although the sheets and towels were clean. The stairs are steep and narrow, and it's easy to fall if you're not careful. The TV had maybe two channels, if you could get a signal. The shower curtain was too short, so bathing left water all over the bathroom floor.

It's close to the sea, a market, and the bus stop. The place felt clean and welcoming, with hot water, a hair dryer, kettle, TV, toilet paper, toothpaste, shampoo, and soap. The host was nice. There's free Wi-Fi, though I didn't try it.

A quiet, pleasant three-star pension with AC. My room was large and had a fridge and kitchen. It was okay, nothing special.

The beach nearby is nice, but the basics were lacking. There was no hot water, the showerhead didn't work, and the cleaning and service were unsatisfactory.
