There’s a nicely planted spot to relax in the backyard. We only stayed briefly, but the welcome was warm and breakfast was good. Rooms facing the main road get quite noisy at night if you leave the windows open, though that’s not the owner’s fault.

My family and I stayed for two days with friends because of a family wedding, and it was the worst service I’ve experienced. The coffee was available to all residents and included in the contract, but after we used some, she charged us extra. She checked the rooms without replacing towels, then complained that we had used too much toilet paper. We cleaned up after ourselves at checkout, although that shouldn’t be necessary in a normal hotel, and they made us leave two hours early. It ruined our weekend. We’re Christian and treated them respectfully, even after they shouted at us and accused us of things we hadn’t done. Some friends visited, and we talked over non-alcoholic drinks until around 1 A.M. We weren’t especially loud and didn’t break anything, but the landlord yelled at us about that too. The landlord was disrespectful and, in my view, tried to get more money through unjustified accusations. Please don’t ruin your vacation by staying here!

I found the place through booking.com, where it says pets are allowed. But the woman told me she’d accept my dog only if I booked directly, and wouldn’t allow it if I booked through the site.
