The pictures online are misleading about the layout. What looks like two separate bedrooms is really one large room divided by a half wall and glass doors, so there’s no privacy for a bigger group. The bathroom smells bad too, and the apartments have a strange smell. An air freshener costs about $2, so why not get one?

This place is only good for sleeping, so don’t expect to cook. The kitchen had just one teaspoon and one pan, and the old gas stove had no lighter. We couldn’t get the gas oven working to make pizza either. Water from the leaking shower quickly flooded the bathroom floor. When we arrived, both the hot water and refrigerator were off, so we had to wait for hot water and for our beers to cool. The neighbor’s rooster was really loud, starting around 5 a.m. in our experience, and made it hard to sleep well.

For a weekend getaway, this apartment was just right. The rooms were clean and really comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. It’s very close to the heart of the city, making it a great choice for visiting the citadel. I highly recommend it! 😊

Beautiful rooms and very good service, with the city center just nearby. The best in Alba Iulia, highly recommend.

The rooms have plenty of space. Getting there is the tricky part, though, because the road leading to the place is difficult.
