Easy to find, and close to both the Romanian and Hungarian borders.

After a long drive from the UK, my mum and I arrived last night and were glad to find a room available at Hotel Iris after looking around for quite a while. The place was very nice and clean, with air conditioning, fresh sheets, and a clean bathroom. The receptionist was lovely, the price was fair, and the restaurant food was delicious. The waiter was kind and patient too. I’d definitely recommend it.

The rooms look great and everything is very clean, but the service is really impolite and the food is bad too.

Being close to the motorway is the hotel’s only plus for me. Our first room had a terrible smell from the bathroom; the next one didn’t smell, but it was very hot. The bed sheets were worn out too. Breakfast was extremely poor, with very few choices. The butter and cheese were warm and nearly melting. The waiters were rude, played YouTube clips at full volume, and only offered coffee, no tea. I don’t recommend it.
