The restaurant food was okay, but we waited several hours to be served and get our meal. Worse, we had no hot water in our room for two days. We told the staff, and each time they said they’d fixed it, but the problem remained. With a four-star rating? You’ve got to be kidding. I’d give this place negative stars if I could. Don’t stay here.

The place looks lovely, with pictures of historic local buildings. The service was very quick, and the food was excellent. Best papanasi I’ve ever had.

The food was good, and the homemade bread was delicious. But there was no soap at all in the toilet. I told the staff, and they just said okay. That wasn’t good enough.

The room was dirty throughout, and both the laundry and furniture were damaged. Given the condition, the price is much too high. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The room smelled bad and had a dirty carpet, and the general appearance was poor. I can’t understand how Google gives it a four-star rating.
