I can't comment on the rooms or accommodation since I didn't stay here. I met someone at the hotel to talk, and we had drinks and something to eat. The food and service were good.

What made Vila Cornelia special was the family running it. They were so warm, kind, and welcoming that I felt at home from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the location worked perfectly for me, with good public transport connections and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. I had an amazing stay and will definitely come back. Thanks so much for everything!

The staff are very friendly, and the receptionist is always ready to help with things like calling a taxi. I also like that you can book extra services such as the sauna and massage. You can order tasty lunch and dinner there if you like. I'd be happy to stay again next time. I recommend it!

The first night was extremely noisy. We could hear other guests talking in the hallway, yard, and their rooms as if they were right next to us, and we couldn't sleep. The rooms badly need better noise insulation. The room hygiene was also awful: one room smelled very bad, another had a huge carpet stain, and the toilet in one room had been used and left uncleaned. There was also a mess about breakfast between Booking and the hotel. We arrived thinking it was included, then got yelled at and told it had to be paid for. Even once paid, breakfast was nowhere near enough for our group of seven: one stale egg for everyone, plus a few slices of salami and cheese. We paid anyway, but it definitely wasn't worth it. Our stay was very, very bad. I don't recommend this hotel.
