The cleanliness, the view, and all the amenities were great, from the barbecue and hot tub to the sauna. I'd happily give this place more stars if I could. We'd love to return when we get the chance.

There are four reasonably sized bedrooms upstairs and a living room with a table and fireplace downstairs. The living room only has four chairs, though, and the spaces feel a bit cramped, especially the downstairs toilet. The water has a strong sulfur smell. The grounds are spacious, the location is lovely, and the materials are good quality. It’s equipped with everything needed, including a grill, cauldron, cooking disc, coffee maker, oven, stove, fridge, and dishes. The host is welcoming and sociable, and there’s space to park about five cars in the yard. It’s fairly easy to get there, though the route is winding and part of the road is rough.

The cottage itself is really pretty and could make for a pleasant holiday, but getting there is tricky. The road is rocky, and the narrow bridge is made of wire. A car pulling a light trailer couldn't make it up the rocky hill. There’s no kettle in the cottage, and the pool had no water.

Our money was sent back a month before New Year's Eve, leaving us without a place to stay. I can only call these owners unreliable, since they wouldn't do this without a good reason. I can't recommend it. I hope no one else goes through what we did.
