Cuib din Fagaras

You can see the Făgăraș mountains right from the hut, and the setting is idyllic. It’s amazing and has everything you need inside and out, from a barbecue to a modern kitchen and coffee machine. The owner really makes an extra effort to help everyone enjoy their stay.

The hosts welcomed us with wine and local cheese, and they were lovely throughout. They also offered lots of suggestions for places to eat or visit. The house was clean and wonderfully cozy, with a great view from the second floor. We could barbecue and have a bonfire, and the hosts supplied the wood. A lovely spot to relax for a couple of days.

The lodge was clean, warm, and cozy inside, with thoughtful details that added to the stay. The host was friendly and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. There’s a great barbecue spot and breathtaking mountain views. It’s a lovely place to unwind, with lots of nearby places to visit if you want to get out.

The bathroom was thoughtfully stocked too, even with nice-smelling shower gel. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and the heated socks at the entrance. For the price, the quality is excellent, and everything was impeccably clean. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
