The host is warm and pleasant, and the room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. It's a nice, simple hotel. I gave it four stars because it felt a little overpriced, and it wasn't clear when we booked that there was no restaurant. Still, in general I found it much better than other hotels in the area with higher ratings.

The reception staff were nice, but my so-called double room was tiny and had an odd smell. There was no shower curtain, so water went all over the bathroom, which was annoying. Breakfast was supposed to be included in my package, but after I ate, they asked me to pay. That felt really unprofessional.

I got a good deal on a VIP room with a great view, but the service wasn't as good. During our four-day New Year stay, nobody cleaned the room. Parking is limited, and when it fills up the back of the car sticks out into the street. On the first morning I found a scratch on the rear of my new car. The cook had hit it by accident, and we worked it out. There are cameras in the parking area. Happy New Year, everyone!

The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, and the price is nice. An elevator would make it perfect for this place. As a mother carrying a child over 15 kg, I found it really hard, as I had before.

For the price, the conditions are more than good, even if I don't think it deserves four stars. It's a good place to stay. They offer breakfast and dinner, though I didn't get to try either.
