I had to ask for a room with AC since not all of them have it, but the staff moved me quickly. The rooms were clean and the cleaning lady was nice. It’s in a great downtown spot. Pretty good for a three star hotel.

The reception area feels grand, clean, and welcoming, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, with a strong shower and fast, free WiFi. The minibar and dressing gowns were a nice touch, though I didn’t use them. But the guest floors are gloomy, and the stairwell had no lights. My non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke, and the carpet had seen better days. I’d come back if the rooms didn’t have that smell. If you’re already a smoker, it’s a great location to stay.

It was a great stay, and I’d book again. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean, and everything we needed was there. It’s close to the center, though it can be noisy outside at first. There’s no AC.

Our stay was good and the staff were polite. The hotel was very clean for a three star place. A few clogged shower nozzles and a breakfast that wasn’t that great kept me from giving it five stars.

When I booked, nobody mentioned that the heating wasn’t working. I arrived around 2:00 am with no real choice but to take the room, and there was no discount for the problem.
