Hotel Dumbrava

The staff made us feel completely at home, and we loved the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The restaurant just around the corner was great too, with professional staff and good food. Next time we're in Bacau, we'll head straight back without a second thought.

Hotel Dumbrava, Bacău has spacious rooms with balconies, and the bed was very comfortable. The room had useful amenities, including a tea and coffee machine, and I appreciated the fresh towels and soft bathrobes. Just keep in mind that toothbrushes and toothpaste aren't provided. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with delicious food served in a stylish, welcoming space. Staff were friendly, spoke English, and gave excellent service. Having the hotel's own parking was very convenient. A great stay for comfort and service, highly recommended.

The service was perfect and the facilities were amazing. Everyone was kind and supportive, from Eugen, who welcomed us, to the restaurant waiters. The receptionists were all so helpful too, though I can't remember their names. No exceptions. This is truly one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Thank you!

I only stayed one night at Dumbrava Hotel, but it left a strong impression. The hotel is clearly new, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. My room was spotless at check-in and had a design that felt more personal than the usual generic hotel room. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a rock, and the air con kept the temperature just right. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful, from check-in through check-out. I ate dinner at the restaurant instead of going out, and that turned out to be the right call. The food was tasty and good quality. For such a short stay, it really delivered. I wish I could've stayed longer. If you're passing through and need somewhere to stay, Dumbrava is worth every penny.
