My colleague from Bulgaria had to leave early for treatment after developing a bad allergic reaction from bedbugs at the hotel. I had booked the room for her, and they still refused to refund the unused nights. Watch out for bedbugs!

I really liked my renovated room at Dalin hotel. The owner even got up in the middle of the night to let me in. Such a good person 🥰😇

The staff were irritating, and with the hotel beside a busy road, you could hear every car go past. My booked double room smelled like an ashtray, while the alternative twin room was tiny and looked awful. The rooms also looked nothing like their online photos. Easily the worst hotel experience I've had, with the most communist feel of any hotel I've stayed in. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

There isn't any parking, and no one cleaned my room during the four nights I stayed. The towels weren't changed either. The rooms looked ugly and smelled moldy, and the guy at reception spoke to me very rudely, acting as if he owned the whole hotel. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I don't recommend it.

The staff were unkind and extremely rude. They charged me over 100 RON for towels, claiming faint stains couldn't be cleaned, which was obviously untrue. The cleaning lady came out of the dormitory and showed us the marks while everyone who'd gathered watched. It was humiliating. I can't imagine what they'd do if a woman got her period and left blood on the sheets. Would they show her that too and charge her for new bedding? Ridiculous. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
