The rooms were very nice and the staff were okay. I booked because parking was available, but when we arrived around 8pm there were no spaces due to an event in the main restaurant. The music from that event was loud until about 2am, so we couldn’t get a good rest until it stopped. I wish they’d told us in advance and given us the chance to cancel. The view from the room was interesting.

Free parking is a bonus, and the restaurant is quite good, with a fairly diverse menu. The burger I ordered this time was very good, though I’d like them to pay closer attention to requests. I asked them to leave out a certain ingredient, and they put it in anyway. The staff were kind, and it’s a nice hotel. The elevator wasn’t working, so I had to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs. The room was quite okay and the bed comfortable, though the pillows could have been better.

Just stepping inside brings a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. It’s on the outskirts of Baia Mare, and stands out for cleanliness, safety measures, service quality, and staff. The personnel are especially kind and friendly, and do whatever they can to meet your needs. The restaurant is the cherry on top: the chef makes food that looks like art and tastes amazingly good.

We had a nice stay. The rooms were pleasant and very clean, and the staff were fantastic. They helped us with information and recommendations about things to do and see, and places to eat in the city center. The food was nice, too. One fun surprise was that you can borrow board games from reception for a relaxed evening with family or friends.

We paid 400 a night and ended up with a bad experience. Sunday breakfast was interrupted by an event, and the food was taken away early. Saturday evening had been fine. When we asked reception, they just shrugged. Guests could have been told ahead of time that breakfast hours would change.
