I was here for a work event and everything went well. Really friendly staff, and the place was very clean. Had a great time!

The location made everything easy, with coffee shops, restaurants, the park and other nice stores all around us. My room had a beautiful view and was very comfortable. The hotel itself is lovely, with a nice lobby and atmosphere. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and the food was good. I enjoyed my stay.

The water in the other room I switched to was cold as ice. If you see a bathroom with a fixture like the one in the photo, you might be in for a dry shower, so ask to change rooms like I did. I'll leave this experience for others to consider and stay at another hotel in the city.

A lovely apartment, roomy and with a jacuzzi, spa and breakfast included. The breakfast had lots to choose from, with delicious homemade and traditional food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful hotel right in the heart of town.

I was helping two friends emigrate from Ukrainian during the conflict, and Hotel Mara made it easy to check them in remotely for their week-long stay. Gabriela and Tina were so kind and courteous. They even arranged transport to Cluj-Napoca airport and printed all their travel documents. I'm incredibly grateful to the hotel and its staff. The Romanian people have been beyond helpful.
