The water park is a big draw at Lotus Therm Hotel in Băile Felix, with plenty of pools and slides for families or anyone wanting to relax. The staff have always been polite and attentive, and the rooms are comfortable. I’ve also enjoyed the food, which has lots of variety. It’s still a reliable option, especially if you like its classic feel and the water attractions. Over the years, though, parts of the hotel and water park have started to look a little dated beside newer places. Everything is still very clean and functional, but I think some areas could use a refresh. Prices have also become fairly steep. Even so, I’ve long admired the friendly service and still see it as one of the better places to stay around here.

This was a horrible experience compared with my previous stay at the same hotel. The entrance smelled bad and looked like an open construction site, and the room stayed at 27 degrees Celsius. Spa appointments were a bad joke, especially for services you still have to pay for. The room TV was barely there, with lots of burned-out spots on its screen. Breakfast and dinner were the same every day, the tablecloths were dirty, and drilling sounds came and went. Lovely.

Very disappointing customer service. I tried all three phone numbers listed on their website for the hotel and spa over two days, but nobody answered or called me back.
