The staff were nice, and the saunas, which came in a wide range of temperatures, were the best part for us. But we didn’t have much space for even a short swim in any of the pools because the spa was extremely crowded, and the jacuzzi was always full. The bathrooms were disappointing, with hairs, a bad smell that wouldn’t go away, and a dirty mirror. Food choices were very limited, though decent, and the internet connection was very poor. We hadn’t expected much from the start, but still came away disappointed. We paid a lot of money for all that, as seems to be the case everywhere in Romania.

The bathroom was a little small, but everything else was very good. Restaurant service was excellent, the place was clean, and the view was great. The spa facilities were good too. It gets crowded on weekends, but it was OK.

There are pool and table tennis, along with other free games like rummy, cards, backgammon and Monopoly. The spa is great for relaxing, and services in general are very good. It’s a nice location up on the hill with an excellent mountain view. Rooms are clean and spacious.

The staff were lovely and helpful the whole time, which is a real strength here. The facilities need work to match that service. Our room wasn’t properly cleaned, and finding hair on the bathroom floor was a bad start to a vacation. The room was poorly maintained and had broken furniture. The hotel also seems to struggle with its capacity. There isn’t enough parking, and the spa, though nice in theory, was packed and uncomfortable. It felt like being sardines in a can instead of relaxing. Maybe it would be better if you could book when the place is completely empty, but at regular times the crowding and cleaning problems made it average at best.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location was good. The parking lot is too small, the bathroom in our room hadn’t been properly cleaned after the previous guests, and the spa area is too small for the number of people staying there.
