The owner and the rest of the staff were so friendly. We enjoyed the indoor thermal bath and the breakfast, and it was nice to find bathrobes and extra pillows in the room. They pointed us to free parking at the property. The patio walkways could use a little tidying, though maybe that was because we visited off season. I’d recommend it. :)

The thermal pools by the river were amazing. We found the rooms and facilities comfortable, clean, and well kept, and the food was great. Staff were friendly too. It’s a lovely place to recharge and relax, and we’ll certainly be back next year. Highly recommend!

There wasn’t much parking space, but the rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and the food was great. It’s a lovely hotel in the most beautiful surroundings I’ve ever seen.

The Nepalese-Romanian team’s hospitality is remarkable, and the accommodation is very well situated in a wonderful landscape. Still, I think the hotel’s 9.7 Booking rating is a little overrated. I’d put it around 7.5 to 8.0 at most. The air conditioning can only be turned on by the receptionist using her own remote control, the bathrooms need renovation because of old pipe issues, and the pool water needs a much better filtering system. Even so, it’s a nice place for a short holiday.
