The mountain views from the location are wonderful, and that was the main thing in its favor. The place feels very worn out, though. Our room was pretty grotty, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, and the shower flooded the bathroom. They did sort out the room problems, but these shouldn't have been issues to begin with. The pool table was in terrible shape too, and the breakfast coffee had loads of granules floating in it. For the price, it really isn't worth it. There are plenty of nearby hotels that I'm sure have much higher standards for the same money.

At least the location is handy if you're coming to climb, since you don't have far to walk. We had a family room for five, but it was still just one room and felt very cramped. The shower kept flooding the bathroom, and pretty much everything was clogged. We also missed having a kitchen, and the “fridge” was only a minibar. We didn't use the wellness facilities.

The view was beautiful, and the room was simple but nice. The beds weren't very comfortable. I liked the door, it had a pretty interesting look. A nice place to stay for one night.

The pension and the scenery around it were really lovely, even though our room was quite small. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices and a take-what-you-wish setup.

We arrived quite late in the evening, and the hosts were nice and understanding about it. It's a cosy place with a nice view and a beautiful garden. The service and breakfast were good.
