The medical team was well trained and professional, always smiling. The massage was divine, exceptionally well done. Thank you so much, Miss Denisa! The food was excellent, and the whole hotel was clean. This was our first stay at Hotel Alice, and we had a very pleasant time, with peace and comfort. Everything we were looking for was there, from the seriousness and prompt service to the quality. We're very satisfied. We highly recommend it, and thank the owners for everything. We'll be back!

We visited for Easter in 2025 and 2026, and Alice Hotel Olănești has lovely scenery and spacious, very clean rooms. The owners, doctors, and staff are all wonderful and helpful, and the doctors also provide treatments. The restaurant is beautiful, with fresh, tasty food and such generous portions that you can't finish it all. For the conditions and services, the price is very good. I warmly recommend this place. I have nothing but praise for it.
