The rooms were spotless, but the food was the worst I've had. The spinach soup had no flavor, and the other soup was basically boiling water.

There was a playroom near the lobby that the kids enjoyed, and from our balcony room we had a great view. We stayed here last year and had a wonderful time as a family. The food was good, with a buffet and the option to order what we wanted.

The staff were kind, and the restaurant food was good with reasonable prices. The hotel itself feels old, though, and the finishes are cheap for a premium price. The bathroom was tiny, with barely enough room for an adult around the toilet, and there was no toilet shower. The room light didn't work, the AC only blew air like a fan, and the TV had no remote.

The SPA center was very clean and nice, and breakfast was okay. The room was alright but could use some reconditioning. At the restaurant, there weren't many dishes to choose from, and the prices felt a bit high.

The reception service was good, which is why the restaurant service was such a letdown. There were over 100 people in a huge restaurant, with only three older staff serving us. We waited an hour just to place our order while very hungry. I blame the hotel manager for being too cheap to hire enough people on New Year's Day. Too bad.
