It feels like a market from another time, and my older relatives like coming here for both the shopping and the human interaction. You can get vegetables, fruit, seeds, flowers, plants, cheese, and eggs, with some local farmers among the sellers. Prices are generally moderate. The place isn't especially tidy or well organized. I'd give it a 9/10, though I may be biased since it's in my hometown.

Even after leaving the window open to air it out for a couple of hours, the room still smelled like some toxic wood chemical, so I slept with the window open because I was afraid of suffocating. It was dirty and had very old furniture, and looked nothing like the photos. Although I booked a week ahead, they put us in a room the staff usually used. I've had dozens of bookings over the years, and this was by far the worst. The place is beyond criticism.

The prices were very reasonable, and the customer service was incredible. The rooms were really nice too. I'd recommend it.

It's a big, clean market, and the prices are quite reasonable except on Saturday and gladia. Most of the traders are women, and most of them are characterized by it.
