Grand Hotel

We were on a business trip and expected a clean, pleasant stay, but found hairs and other signs that the sheets hadn’t been changed after the previous guests. When we called the front desk late at night, they said nobody could change them then, and they had no clean sheets for us to use ourselves. They offered another room, but we checked the bed first and found used sheets and hairs there too. The receptionist was unpleasant and unhelpful, made us feel like a nuisance, and never apologized. The whole situation was upsetting. Hygiene and customer service were both very poor.

The rooms were fine, though nothing special, and breakfast had a good variety. Parking was awful: anyone could park there, leaving no spaces for guests, and they said there were no guards to manage it. During my visit, there was also a sign saying the hotel was operating without fire safety permissions.

Zoly was courteous, friendly, and helpful to everyone. I was pleasantly surprised by the service, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. I’d recommend this hotel.

The rooms are roomy and the hotel is very clean. It’s right in the city center, close to everything you might want to see. Breakfast was really poor, though, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
