Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and well organized, and the location made it easy to reach the main attractions while still being quiet enough for a good night’s rest. The whole property felt calm and welcoming, a nice place to unwind after being in the city. Our room was spacious, very clean, and arranged with comfort in mind. The staff were warm and professional, and every interaction felt thoughtful. At Cocoșul de Aur, we felt truly appreciated as guests. I’d happily come back and recommend it wholeheartedly.

We booked on the day and had to complete all the online check-in steps to get the PIN and QR code for entering the room. The interior was nicely done and the room had more than 30 square metres. Breakfast was decent and ordered from a menu, though there was no self-service. The room was quiet, but the hotel is beside a busy roundabout. I liked the room and architecture; the location and automated check-in and check-out were less appealing. At over 100 euros a night in Targu Mures, I think there are better choices in town.

The location is great, and there’s a large parking area with EV charging. The hotel itself looks amazing. Everything was perfect.

I was there for a few nights on a business trip and had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and there were plenty of breakfast options. Carla, the hotel manager, was friendly and knowledgeable, and made sure everything was impeccable. A wonderful hotel in a great spot, highly recommended.
