Hotel Diana

Hygiene is alarming, the tables are falling apart, and the windows are broken. You're not allowed to bring in food or snacks, and they don't take responsibility for items missing from rooms.

The rooms are spacious, the view is nice, and the sheets were clean. But room cleaning was poor, the bathrooms smelled, and the towels were dirty. Breakfast was disgraceful: flies were landing on the food, and it was the most limited breakfast I've ever had, with the worst-quality items. The hotel needs improvements.

The staff were polite and helpful, and the rooms were okay. It's a budget hotel, and the facilities feel somewhat outdated. Breakfast wasn't very good, though I found what I wanted, and a nice waitress made me coffee. It works for a business trip, just don't expect anything fancy.

The apartment itself was in awful shape. The sofa was yellowish, fake leather, dirty and ripped, the carpet was torn all over, and the smell stayed even with the windows open all night. I ended up putting my own towel on the pillow to sleep. In the bathroom there was a free shower gel from the European help found. The showcase in the main room was empty, and I felt bad that I hadn't brought any trinkets. I gave it one star on booking.com and moved to another hotel. The next day Mr Rusu, whoever that was, called my private number and accused me of making fun of his hard work. We talked for about three minutes. He said the review wasn't fair, and I explained the problems I had. By the end I felt like I'd been scolded by my parents. After staying there for a night, I sincerely don't recommend it. This place needs to close, be renovated, and be managed by professionals.
